Account set up
Once Skylight or your agency's administrator has created an account for you, you will receive an email with instructions with steps to set a new password and activate the account.
Setting a password
You will receive an email from analyst@skylight.earth with instructions. If you are expecting an account, but don't have this email, please check your spam or junk folders. If you don't see it still, please contact support@skylight.global.

Clicking the link to set a password will open a new webpage for you to confirm your email associated with the account.

You will then receive a second email to set your password.

NOTE: You must do this within 30 minutes. Otherwise, you need to restart the process by clicking the link in the first email.

Skylight/Ai2 Policy
Skylight, a product of the Allen Institute for AI (Ai2) requires users to accept an End User License Agreement (EULA) and Privacy Policy upon first logging in.
